If bobbling or pilling occurs on this fabric, this is not a problem and will not have any detrimental effect on the wearability of the fabric. Removal by a 'de-fuzzer' is the most effective method and returns fabric to its original appearance.

Pile fabrics, by their nature, do often have a tendency to pressure mark. This is a natural characteristic of this type of fine fabric. It does not in any way detract from the wearing ability of this quality fabric.

SHIELD PRODUCTS BASED ON REPELLENT TECHNOLOGIES

Fabrics treated for repellency fight off dry soil and nasty, unpredictable spills and splashes, allowing liquids to bead up and roll off. Liquid spills can easily be wiped away when blotted with a clean cloth, and dry soil can be brushed off easily.

Fixed upholstery: Professional cleaning, first testing on unseen part of fabric.

Removable covers: Machine wash at maximum 30 degrees celsius.

To remove the most common stains: Clean as soon as possible. Absorb wet stains. Scrape all solids (don't go against the grain). Wash with an ordinary detergent and water.

This fabric conforms to BS 5852 Part 1 Cigarette and Match Test when tested with flexible urethane foam at nominal density of 22kg/cm.
